Midwest Health Clinic is the primary care practice for Midwest Medical Center and is located on the upper level of the beautiful facility located at One Medical Center Drive. We also have a satellite Health Clinic in Elizabeth, Illinois, at 117 North Main Street. Our focus and number-one goal is to help you and your family achieve optimal health.
