We focus on strength, speed, agility, and cognitive perception.

Our Athlete Performance Academy (APA) is designed to enhance athletic attributes that carry over to our athletes' specfic sports, so they feel confident and perform at their highest level every time they step into their sport arena. 

Open to Middle School and High School students starting at age 10.

Beginning May 1, 2025
$15 per session | Punch Cards are available
Family discount: First athlete at standard price; additional athletes (same family) $10 per session
