Rachel Einsweiler

Rachel joined the Midwest Health Clinic as a Nurse Practitioner after earning her Doctor of Nursing Practice—Family Nurse Practitioner degree from Clarke University in 2024. Rachel has been a valuable member of the Midwest Medical Center Emergency Room team since 2018, and she brings more than ten years of prior nursing experience in rural hospitals, critical care and Neuro-Trauma intensive care. Her clinical rotations included family practice, internal medicine, women’s health, acute care, and emergency medicine.

A native of Northwest Illinois, Rachel enjoys giving back to her community by combining the art of nursing and the science of medicine to provide compassionate, expert health care to patients of all ages in both our Galena and Elizabeth clinics.
