Judy Cullor, Orthopedic Nurse Practitioner

Judy Cullor, APRN, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with more than 15 years of orthopedic healthcare experience and a passion for helping patients restore mobility, reduce pain, and return to the activities they enjoy. She provides comprehensive orthopedic care for patients with bone, joint, and musculoskeletal conditions, working closely with orthopedic surgeons to develop individualized treatment plans focused on achieving the best possible outcomes.

Judy has extensive experience evaluating orthopedic injuries and chronic conditions, performing physical examinations, ordering and interpreting diagnostic testing, prescribing medications, providing non-surgical treatment options, and guiding patients through recovery before and after surgery. She is committed to educating patients and their families so they can make informed decisions about their care while feeling supported every step of the way.

Judy earned her Master of Science in Nursing – Family Nurse Practitioner from Saint Anthony College of Nursing in Rockford, Illinois, and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain College of Nursing. She is board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) and is licensed to practice in Illinois and Kentucky.

A proud United States Air Force veteran, Judy brings a compassionate, patient-centered approach to every visit. She believes in listening carefully to each patient's concerns and partnering with them to relieve pain, improve function, and help them get back to living life with confidence.
