Dr. Matthew Gullone, MD
Dr. Matt Gullone received his Doctorate of Medicine from the University of Illinois College of Medicine. He completed his residency and was chief resident, in South Bend, IN with Memorial Family Medicine. He received outstanding marks for Essentials of Patient Care and Internal Medicine. Dr. Gullone is the recipient of numerous awards, including Gary Button Rural Primary Care Award and the Gold Humanism Honor Society in Medicine. Dr. Gullone joins the team of providers at Midwest Health Clinic with a special interest in men’s health, sports medicine, and comprehensive family health care. He has special training in Sports Medicine and is ACLS Certified. His research included determining the most common injuries related to distance running events and developing interventions to help them, as well as assessing the causes related to the onset of childhood obesity.
