Not all swelling is the same. This session breaks down the key differences between lymphedema and edema while helping you better understand your symptoms and treatment options. Learn the components of Complete Decongestive Therapy—including manual lymphatic drainage, compression, exercise, and skin care—and how to recognize early warning signs so you can take a more active role in your care.
