Monday through Friday 8:30 p.m.- 4:30 p.m.
If you have Health Insurance
Please make sure to bring your insurance card(s) so we can have the most current insurance information on file. This will help ensure your claim is processed accurately and promptly with your insurance company. Copays, deductibles and coinsurance are the patient’s responsibility.
If you have PPO or HMO
Please contact your insurance company to confirm if your plan is in our network. Your plan may have specific requirements, and it is your responsibility to ensure they are met. If these requirements are not followed, you may be financially responsible for all or part of the services you receive.
If you have Medicare or Medicaid
Please make sure to bring your insurance cards with you. Deductibles and co-payments are the patient's responsibility.
If you have no Health Insurance
At Midwest Medical Center, we are committed to providing medically necessary services to all patients in our community regardless of their ability to pay. Eligibility for Financial Assistance will be determined using an application process that offers patients dignity and confidentially.

To make the billing process simple and convenient there are several ways you can pay your bill:

Patient Portal

You may pay your bill in person at Midwest Medical Center at any registration desk located within the facility.
Past Due Accounts
All patient account balances 90 days past due from the initial visit will be reviewed for collection referral. Our Collections vendor is through AmeriCollect. AmeriCollect is compliant with state and federal regulations.
