Diabetes Management Program Coordinator, Clinic RN or LPN - Full Time
Midwest Medical Center is seeking a full time nurse to coordinate the Diabetes Management & Educational Programs. Primarily weekdays, 36-40 hours hours per week. This position does include cross-training as a float nurse for family & specialty clinic, including extended care. Ability to work independently, as well as with a team of providers, pharmacist, and dietitian is required for this position. Previous experience in patient education is preferred. Illinois RN or LPN licensure (or ability to transfer) is required.
$23-$48/hr wage range, based on experience and licensure type
