With the increase in respiratory illness in the community, Midwest Medical Center has implemented temporary visitor restrictions to help control the spread of illness and protect our patients. 

• Please limit visitors to two or fewer, 18 years of age and older. 
• Limit movement through the facility. 
• Refrain from visiting if you are experiencing any respiratory symptoms. 
• Practice hand hygiene and respiratory hygiene/cough etiquette. Masks are available for your use.
• Follow nursing instruction for use of personal protection (gloves, mask, etc.) if visiting patients in isolation. 
• Exceptions may apply in compassionate care and end-of-life situations.
