GALENA, IL— On May 1, three members of The American Legion, Fickbohm-Hissem Post 193— Jerry Howard, Post 193 Commander; Dale Wohlers, Jo Daviess County Chaplain; and David Glasgow, Post 193 Chaplain, presented certificates recognizing Midwest Medical Center staff for “Outstanding Public Service Benefiting our Community, State, and Nation.”
Honored by The American Legion with a citation for meritorious service were: Andrew McFadden, CCC-SLP, speech therapist; Julie Soat, PTA, BS, LCMT, physical therapist assistant; and Justin Glen, PT, DPT, physical therapist.
“Midwest Medical Center is awarded this citation by Fickbohm-Hissem Post 193 recognizing Justin, Julie, and Andrew for their dedicated service for all veterans and the Galena community; they have demonstrated their professionalism and skills daily for so many that need the help. We thank you,” said Jerry Howard, Commander, as he presented the certificates.
