Diabetes Prevention Program

Take charge of your health with this six-month course combining classroom discussion and interactive learning about lifestyle changes, such as physical activity and weight loss, to prevent or delay the start of type 2 diabetes. The classes meet every other week for a total of 13 weeks today; scheduling is subject to holidays.
The $199 course fee is payable by check at Midwest Health Clinic, One Medical Center Drive, Galena, before the first day of class.
The course fee includes a 6-month membership to Midwest Health & Fitness, course materials, and a fitness tracker.
