Jennifer Berning, DPT - Director of Physical Therapy

    Jennifer is a graduate of Clarke College where she received a Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy. During her schooling, Jennifer trained at the Mayo Clinic Sports Medicine Center in which she developed a love for sports medicine and helping athletes return to sport. Jennifer is trained and certified in the Graston Technique for soft tissue mobilization, and also is certified provider in the evaluation and fabrication of custom shoe orthotics. She is very happy to be working at Midwest Medical Center in her hometown and is excited to give back to the community in which she grew up.

    Erin Schoenard, DPT - Physical Therapist

    Erin graduated from Clarke College in 2006 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Biology and a Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy. Erin enjoys working in a rural setting as she is able to treat patients of all ages in a variety of settings. Erin has received specialized training in the treatment of pelvic floor disorders, with an emphasis on urinary incontinence and she is currently working towards a certification in Kinesiotaping.

    Colleen Sullivan, DPT - Physical Therapist

    Colleen graduated from Clarke College in 2010 with a Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy. She has received clinical experience in many areas including orthopaedics, manual therapy, and neurological rehabilitation. Colleen enjoys working with people of all ages and ability levels. She feels very fortunate to be a provider of physical therapy in this healing community center.

    Andy Loeffelholz, DPT - Physical Therapist

    Andy Loeffelholz graduted from Clarke University with his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Biology and a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy. Andy's areas of interest include sports medicine, helping
    athletes return to sport along with fitting and casting for custom shoe orthotics. He has worked in many practice settings including a sport rehabilitation center in Atlanta. Andy is orginally from East Dubuque, IL and is looking forward to treating patients in his local community.

    Julie Soat, PTA - Physical Therapist Assistant & Massage Therapist

    Julie received her Bachelor of Science in Health & recreation from upper Iowa University along with a Physical Therapy Assistant training from Kirkwood. Julie has 15 years of physical therapy experience and 25 years of experience in the health, fitness and massage industry. Julie is also a certified lymphedema specialist and is certified in Graston for soft tissue mobilization. Julie brings a multitude of talent to the clinic and continues to look forward to helping others throughout their process of recovery.
